摘要:復合材料中熱積累和傳導是鉆削過程中一個非常典型和關鍵的問題。本文采用有限差分法,基于材料熱物參數均勻化假設,建立了單向碳纖維/環氧樹脂(C/E)復合材料鉆孔溫度場的三維預測模型,并將鉆削過程分為四個階段來研究溫度分布特征。結果表明,數值仿真的溫度分布結果與實驗結果吻合程度較高。溫度隨著鉆孔深度的增加而逐漸升高,并且由于熱量的積累,在鉆削出口處觀察到熱損傷現象。由于纖維單向排布,C/E復合材料鉆削過程溫度場分布的數值和實驗結果均呈現橢圓形。
